I had a buy one get one free entree from my entertainment app so we decided to have breakfast there. When presenting the coupon to the cashier whom also was the manager said they don't accept them off the phone even though it specifies on the mobile coupon that it can be used like any other coupon. I was so mad when I left that I will do what ever necessary to make sure anyone who goes there and tries to use a mobile coupon don't waste your time! She was very rude and should of honored the coupon! We will never go there again!

I love me some chicken crepes! Never been to this location before, but for a place that is open 24 hours, the place is pretty clean. Servers and wait staff was extremely attentive and friendly, and as mentioned the chicken crepes are money! BATHROOM REVIEW: Located near the front, the bathrooms were relatively clean and in order. Sit or squat? Sqaut!

Really nice service, terrible pancakes and waffles. I don't think they got the batter right to begin with and then it was... rubbery and dry.

Your regular Ihop, but it's never as crowded as the others. Not sure why. The time I came here , there were supposed to be Pumpkin Pancakes with Nutmeg, but I just got flavored pancakes, so I was disappointed.

I got the Bacon and egg combo with turkey bacon. it came with 2 specialty pancakes, 4 strips of bacon, 2 eggs and hash browns. it was $6.99. They had 3 specialty pancakes to pick from. I selected the blueberry canola cream pancakes because I felt like blueberries ( I did not get it with th e sweetened ricotta cheese on top, sounded not appealing to me). I looked in another section of the menu and found pretty much the same deal but with 2 regular or blueberry pancakes, 2 eggs, hash browns, and 2 pieces of meat. but it was $7.99 for less food. so ultimately I got a better deal with the way I ordered it. I also got a side of fresh fruit. I normally would not pay $3.99 for a super small thing of fruit but I did eat it all. it has melon, grapes, pineapple, and fresh bandanna slices. I also used a groupon today and needed to spend $14 so I felt like I was able to splurge a little. the food was good, I will come back to use my 2nd group on before it expires. for lunch time on a Thursday it is very dead in here. Waitress Pam was nice. overall a 4 star experience today.

After not dining at an IHOP for many years I decided to give this location a try late at night (they are open 24 hours). Things got off to a bad start when I attempted to place a carryout order by phone. I was told they don't handle orders this way and that I had to come in first and then place the order. Is there any other restaurant that does this? Unfortunately, I did go in and got a Mega Cheeseburger with seasoned fries. It was one of the worst burgers that I've had in years. The meat had something of a rubbery texture and did not taste good. I suspect the beef wasn't fresh and/or was of poor quality to begin with. There was plenty of cheese but it was almost as if it was nonexistent since it was so bland. The fries and the pickle were pretty good. The sandwich had something of an unpleasant understate and I had a queasy stomach the next day. They charged me $.99 more for extra onions which I didn't get. I won't be back.

I had a Groupon for IHOP so popped in with a friend for lunch one day. The great thing about IHOP is you can order breakfast food all day long! The funny thing about IHOP is it's usually sparsely populated and that population is usually senior citizens. I've been to this location a few times and never had an issue. Friendly staff and solid, cheap food. I had the Bacon Temptation Omelette on my last lunch visit which I've never noticed on their menu before. It was loaded with bacon cheese and a cheesy sauce (tomatoes is an option but I left them off). It was really good and came with a tasty order or hash browns. They have some low-cal omelette options, as well, made with egg substitutes. Note to myself to try those next time! IHOP ain't all that fancy or classy, but it offers decent food for a great price!

First time at this restaurant. And service it horrible, your food takes 30 minutes or more to get to your table. I will never eat again here.

The first time I went here I ordered a basic breakfast platter the healthy breakfast and I thought the food tasted good, that night I felt very sick and brushed it off as something else. A week later I came back with my significant other and ordered the fried chicken. My boyfriend ordered an omelet. When we both got really sick and we both spent the whole next day at home locked in the bathrooms I concluded that the sanitation in this restaurant is lacking. Please health services do an inspection.

Back on 8/12/.2012 I reviewed this IHOP. I gave it five stars. Since then, I've had a few unfavorable times at this restaurant. About three weeks ago I was at this restaurant, and I will never go back there again, the experience was so bad. On our last and final visit, we had gone there on Pancake Day to support their charitable cause. We were happy to do that since we haven't visited there for quite awhile. Among the food that we had ordered, my Caregiver also ordered an Orange Juice. Our waitress, Blanca, never asked us what size orange juice we wanted. So she sent us a large. I wasn't too sure what that was a "large" until the bill came. I asked Blanca why she served us this size instead of asking us, and she basically shrugged it off. This bothered me so much that while I was checking out, I went to the register and complained with the hostess/floor manager that we were never told that there were two sizes, and that BLANCA gave us the larger size without asking. While the hostess/floor manager was telling me that she would take $1 off, Blanca our waitress quickly came up and said "Can I say something? Can I say something? " At that point she berated me and my caregiver... She said that every time we come in there we give her a problem. That we were poor customers!!! She did this in front of several people in line to pay their bill! I was quite floored that the hostess didn't tell her to go away and let us finalize my bill. Confused, I finally asked Blanca, why she was so angry... why this had escalated so much. She told me that every time I come in that the IHOP I always have a problem with her (which is totally untrue). I told her if you didn't want to serve me why didn't you let someone else serve me? Her response was "if I didn't have to serve you I wouldn't ever" I was amazed that such an arrogant waitress would even be kept on staff!. I was also amazed that the floor manager let her embarrass me in front of other people checking out. Many people on yelp have complained about this particular IHOP. And after this terrible experience that I've had there, I can see why. I will never go back there again. I called the corporate office, let them know how I felt, and she said that the manager will get back to me, because this was inexcusable. Corporate said nothing like this should EVER happen, and that the floor manager was wrong to let her have her say and antagonize the customer when the floor manager should have dealt with her privately. By the way, the owner never got back to me and I feel like I've waited a long enough time to let other people know that this IHOP is to be avoided at all costs. I'm sorry that I have to even give it ONE star, because it's become such a terrible restaurant. I'm sure that the ownerr will care less, but I hope that he understands that he needs to "clean house" of waitstaff that insist on belittling customers. Or at least give them some training on how to treat customers.

Came in around 1am. Was craving crepes and bacon. The waiters were very nice and friendly. The food came out fresh and quick. It satisfied me very much. The place is nice and clean.

Ants have overtaken this IHOP! While having our midnight pancakes, we noticed a few smooshed ants underneath our salt and pepper shakers. No biggie. Fast forward after our meal, the booth behind me complained about having ants in her soup. The server seemed surprised and was unsure about how to handle it. She sheepishly asked if she wanted another soup, but by the woman's response, it seemed like she'd already lost her appetite. I probably should've thoroughly checked my food for any crawlers, but who knows-- maybe I inadvertently had some topped on my blueberry compote. Yuck.

Thankful that this place was even open. Not a lot of choices on Thanksgiving eve. Probably the worst burger I've ever had. My husband, bless his heart ordered me a double cheesebuger. He gets an A for effort. This burger sucked big time! Two frozen sysco tasting burgers sandwiched between a huge chunk of raw onion, sorry looking lettuce and a dry bun. Threw most of it away. Meat had absolutely no flavor and the cheese didn't even feel like melting on to the dethawed burger. Fries were also gross with big chunks of weird seasoning thrown on. Best part was the pickle spear.

I used to work here for over five years. I adored and still adore all the servers, well minus one named Blanca. They give fab service and love them. But the management here needs to be taken out. They consistently don't pay on time and hold our checks because they don't have money in the bank. Yet they have the nerve to treat all the employees like s***. The servers make good money and are afraid to leave. Like I said after being there for over five years I finally couldn't take the abuse and harassment anymore. If you ever see anything improper happen with management, please do not hesitate to call corporate.

I live right behind ihop, it was my fav chain for years, this particular one tho is awful! Save your time and money! It took 40 minutes to get my dinner, which I had asked for no mushrooms (allergy) 3 minutes later they come back.... I knew they didnt remake it, but I thought maybe they had mixed mine up wit another order that was the sameish, nope with in 30 min I'm in their bathroom vomiting, because it took them that long to get me the check. And there was only two other tables in there and the manager ket flirting with the cook and waitors. I gave them a second chance and the service wasn't any better, that time I ad. Coupon that expired after 10 pm it was like they were trying to keep me there until then (we had arrived at 815pm) SKIP IT NOT WORTH THE HASLE!!

Recently noticed that they are 24 hours! Had been there a few times a few weeks back during the recent cold ass weather. Unlike Denny's down the way, they keep it very comfortable inside. Even before the coffee is served you already feel at home. Waitresses are polite and service is usually decent and quick. For the first time ever, this waitress mentioned to me that I could order just one pancake. I've been a loyal pancake devour-er for years and here, she tells me, they are 99 cents each. Sweeeet. This IHOP is more homely feeling than most locations. They have a few bigger tables for larger groups.

24 hour footlong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Err...Ihooooooooooooop! Great alternative to McDonalds in the area if you're out late. They also serve migas for you if you ask, it's just not on the menu anymore.

Usually we go to Denny's but we decided to try IHOP for a change. My dad ordered a cheese burger and he said it was really bad, and tasted like they covered up low quality meat with lots of spices. I had chocolate chip pancakes which were really dry and tasted kind of salty. I also found a hair in it. The staff was friendly but the place felt kind of institutional, like a dining room in a nursing home. I had a stomach ache afterwards... I think we'll be going back to Denny's next week!

The service? Ugh. Not the best. But then again at 11 pm on a Friday night, I probably shouldn't expect the A-Team. But there no excuse as to why no one was on the floor when we arrived. And it wasn't for a moment either. It was long enough to prompt another patron to get up from his table and LOOK for somebody who works there. For a second, I thought the guy would actually walk in the kitchen. When someone finally hit the floor, it was a server who had just walked back in from outside. I don't know if she just got to work or if she was on a smoke break, but either way she sat us while still wearing her jacket, a sign to me saying she's aware at how long we waited to be seated. When the manager did return to the floor, she sat in the corner booth the entire duration of our visit and watched as 2 servers now ran the floor. There were times I thought she would come help out with things like refills or to just check tables, but no. Didn't happen. As for the food? Not bad but not the best. Hash browns were a little overcooked and their were extra ingredients in my omlete that weren't supposed to be in there. Don't worry, nothing gross, just a few diced tomatoes that wasn't listed as an ingredient in my omelet. But the menu? Ha! It still has the misprint of "99.00" for extra ingredients. Something that has been on the menu for over a year with no attempt to cover or fix the mis-print. I'm sorry, but had it not been the fact that it was 11 pm and I was already there and didn't feel like going elsewhere in the freezing rain we had, I would have left before we got seated. Maybe I'll give it sometime before I return, maybe they can work a few kinks out.

We were there on a weekday evening, there were about 3 other tables of customers. It took them forever to bring out the food. about 40 minutes to be exact, the waiter was polite though. I was so tired of wating and wanted to leave. Also the price looks cheap, but after you add up all the small times, wow, the bill for 2 people was $35. I was still so hungry after eating these pancakes. I never went back again.

I try to always consider three things when I'm rating a restaurant: 1) Customer Service 2) Quality (is this food worth what they're charging?) 3) Environment My husband and I were in the area this last weekend and we decided to have breakfast here and I was actually surprised at the excellent service we received! Our waitress was prompt, courteous, professional, and helpful. My husband and I didn't even need to tell her that we wanted our shared meal to be split into two plates, she suggested it herself. The manager was going around and asking the clients if everything was to their satisfaction, he seemed genuinely concerned for his customers (great!). The food was exactly what we expected, we ordered crêpes with our eggs, bacon, hash and sausage meal. The bill was a bit higher than I expected but we did order coffee and juice, which always adds up. Nevertheless, we felt the bill was fair. The environment is exactly what you would expect, perfectly tacky in every way and yet strangely inviting. The place could have been a bit cleaner but it was generally okay. I was pleased with my experience and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a calm and satisfying breakfast.

Been here many times and each time its just getting worst. Service is very slow. It takes more than 30 minutes for food to be served and if you send something back to the kitchen it takes another 20 minutes for food to come back. It is horrible enough for me not to go back there ever even though it is so close to my house. The food is cool to warm temperature. It feels like it has been sitting out for awhile. Not happy.

I've been to couple IHOPs and loved them all. Ordered couple things from their menu and everything was delicious every time. Staff is ok, nothing spectacular but you'll get what you need. Don't expect good coffee or organic/healthy choices but if you come for the comfort food- you'll get it. Will definitely come back.

I went to this location with my boyfriend for the first time and I don't know why it only has 2.5 stars. The service was great. Period. Our server was very friendly, attentive and professional! I tried their chicken florentine crepes and it was delicious I also added a side order of hashbrowns which were good. The place was clean and overall, great IHOP location.

Like a lot of people I can eat breakfast food anytime of the day. But it might be best late at night. Its been years since I have came here while the sun was out or sober. But theres a reason IHOP has been around for years and will still be around. It fulfills the 24hour breakfast niche . The food is not over the top but its solid. Over the years the menu has become bigger and the prices remained at a great value. Overall standard IHOP, great service, good food.

Just noticed as we drove by that they are CLOSED at this location. Windows are all covered with construction paper and IHOP sign has been removed. We never ate there so I can give them any kind of a review. The one star is just because I had to give them something to post this.
